Buffet Food Waste Charging Policy

To reduce unnecessary food waste and promote responsible dining, we operate a Food Wastage Charging Policy for all buffet customers. The Food Wastage Charge is an additional fee applied to your final bill, separate from the standard buffet price.
1. Purpose of the Policy
This policy encourages Diner to take only what they can reasonably consume and helps us minimise waste, support sustainability efforts, and maintain fair pricing for all customers.
2. Wastage Charge

A extra charge of £10 per 100 grams will be applied for any food left uneaten on plates at the end of the meal.

Uneaten food will be weighed using a digital scale.
The weight is rounded to the nearest 100g.
The corresponding charge will be added to the final bill.
